This week, our Year 10 and Year 11 Teignmouth Scholars took part in their first workshops of the year.
Year 10 students enjoyed a public speaking workshop led by Next Steps South West. It was fantastic to see the group growing in confidence and getting involved throughout the session. Some students have already signed up for additional Oracy workshops starting next week, to develop this important life skill even further.
Year 11 students took part in a Study Skills workshop as they prepare for their final year of GCSE courses. The session focused on developing effective strategies to support their learning and make the most of the year ahead.
A huge well done to all our Scholars for Working Hard and Joining In! We’re looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop and grow throughout the year.
